Request a Return

All of our products include a 12-month or 3-Year warranty depending on the product model. In the event of repair/replacement, please follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure described on this page. We will authorize and refund your purchase, after a restocking fee applied (up to 60% of your purchase price), Only for defective or unused products if you return it within 30 days from the date of your purchase. We will repair the faulty products to working condition or replace with an equivalent product if the original product is not available at the time of the request. For a warranty service, an RMA process fee will be charged.  A repair fee will be charged if the item is out of warranty. If the repair charge is required and you will be notified for approval of the charge. Once you approve the charge, We will proceed with the repair and send the item back to you accordingly. In order for products to be approved for any type of return to We, the following RMA procedures must be followed by all customers:

Please complete this online RMA Request Form, and our RMA department will contact you and approve your RMA request accordingly. You must upload a copy of your product purchase invoices. If your product is beyond the warranty period, there will be a fee to repair your device.
